Your Capital Safety pay recognizes the meaningful contributions you make to business results. Your pay may include two components: base salary and variable pay. While base pay applies to all employees, variable pay is offered to eligible employees. Our pay-for-performance approach is designed to be fair and consistent, individually differentiated based on results and market competitive.

Medical & Dental Insurance

  • Capital Safety pays the majority of the cost for medical, prescription drug and dental coverage.

  • Our plans provide preventative care coverage at 100%

  • Opt out medical plan option with monthly cash payment with documentation of other qualifying coverage.

Life Insurance

  • Capital Safety offers life and accidental insurance plans for you and your eligible dependents.

  • Basic life insurance is provided at no cost to you.

  • Optional life insurance is offered for purchase at group rates.


We provide company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage in the event you become ill or are injured and are unable to return to work. Health Care & Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts Our reimbursement accounts allow you to set aside before-tax dollars to pay for certain health care and/or dependent daycare expenses not paid for by the benefit plan.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Capital Safety offers paid time off that includes vacation, holidays and other time off to help you balance your work and personal life.


Our retirement program provides premium retirement benefits including a 401 (k) plan with company matching contribution and annual discretionary company contribution to your employee-directed investments.
