Some say we over-engineer lifelines - we say you can't over-do safety!

You can always depend on 3M horizontal lifeline systems for mobility and fall protection when working at height. These safety systems are used to protect workers operating in the horizontal plane who may not have continuous access to suitable lifeline anchorage points.

We offer the broadest horizontal lifeline system selection, as well as significant advantages in safety and productivity and that's why safety engineers and site directors choose our gear. A horizontal lifeline may appear to be a basic line strung between two anchors, but it is not. It is critical to choose a horizontal system that has been precision engineered and rigorously tested to meet industry standards.

The structure your horizontal lifeline must attach to, such as an I-beam, rebar stud, concrete column or roof, can dictate the type of specialized system required. A horizontal lifeline may appear to be a basic line strung between two anchors, but it is not. It is critical to choose a system that has been precision engineered and rigorously tested for the application and structure it will be attached to.
